Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Appetizers Beans {Posted} Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 15 ounces canned black beans -- rinsed 7 ounces corn kernels with diced peppers -- drained 1 medium mango 14 cup finely chopped onion 14 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 1 teaspoon garlic salt 14 teaspoon ground cumin MANGO: peel, seed and cut into 34-inch cubes. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve with baked tortilla chips, if desired. Servings: 8 (about 1/3 cup each) Preparation Time: 10 minutes.
