Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 cups brown rice

4 cups water

1 cup raisins

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground coriander

 

Place all ingredients in the slow cooker, cover, and cook on low heat for 8 to 9

hours. Taste and adjust seasonings.
