Preheat oven to 450F. Cut and dry the tofu. Cut into 1-inch cubes. 2. In medium bowl, mix together the plum sauce, chili sauce, hoisin sauce, scallion and sesame oil. Skewer 4 or 5 cubes of tofu on each skewer and place on a nonstick or lightly oiled baking sheet. Brush them lightly with the sauce. 3. Bake the skewers until the glaze become shiny and slightly sticky, 10 to 12 minutes. Serve immediately with the rest of the sauce on the side.
