In a small bowl, mix the eggs with the sesame oil. Pour the egg mixture in a thin stream into the bubbling broth, stirring constantly with a fork to form egg threads. When the egg threads have formed, remove the pan from the heat and stir in the scallions. Serve the soup with a small pitcher of soy sauce on the side.
