Hi all- I'm sure you are all applepicking these days.. and I will be too next weekend. I was wondering if anyone had any lower fat pie crust recipes for my pies? also- I've been off of sugar for 2 weeks now- ( thank GOD- I feel good too!) So any substitutions for the sugar in the pie would be helpful.. The lady down the street from me just started Weight Watchers and she is doing so well- but every year she makes apple crisp- you knows with tons of butter and sugar!
