Stir in broth, applesauce, curry powder, salt. Microwave 5 minutes or until hot. Process in blender 15 seconds. Serve topped with a dollop of sour cream. Per serving: 124 calories, 3.7g protein, 27g carbohydrates, 3.7g fiber, 1g fat (0.2g saturated), 394mg sodium.
