Simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in the cilantro and pour the sauce over the hot noodles. Top with a few cilantro sprigs. Makes 6 servings: Per Serving: 315 Calories; 10 g Protein, 3 g Fat; 63 g Carbohydrates; 0 Cholesterol; 464 mg Sodium; 1 g Fiber.
