Guest guest Posted October 1, 2002 Report Share Posted October 1, 2002 * Exported from MasterCook * Honey-glazed Carrots Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 1 tablespoon light brown sugar 1 1/2 pounds mini peeled carrots 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 2 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons fresh parsley -- chopped In large pot over heat combine butter and sugar; cook until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved. Stir in carrots, salt and pepper; drizzle with honey. Cover. Increase heat to medium; cook, stirring occasionally, until carrots are tender, 10 to 12 mins. Transfer carrots to serving bowl. Add parsley; toss to coat.
