Guest guest
One more from the Bon Ton Cafe in New Orleans. We almost never eat foods like this, but it came with dinner, and well, we indulged. This was more than worth the indulgence! It was very custardy and rich, yet not too sweet. A little bit of sauce is all that's needed. The food at the Bon Ton is based on old traditional Cajun family recipes. It is the first Cajun restaurant in New Orleans, and they brag that they were the first to challenge the popular Creole cuisine in the city.
