While there, we particularly enjoyed an old Cajun cafe, called the Bon Ton .. This salad dressing was fantastic, although a little goes a long way. I plan on making this at home soon. Ellen * Exported from MasterCook Mac * Bon Ton Salad Dressing Recipe By : Alzina Pierce, Bon Ton Cafe, New Orleans, La Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Salad Dressings Vegetarian Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 egg 3 tablespoons Creole mustard 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce 3 tablespoons Lee & Perrins Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon chopped garlic 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese 2 teaspoons horseradish 1/3 cup dark vinegar 1 cup olive oil Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, except olive oil. Whip until thoroughly mixed.
