Pumpkin-zucchini Fritters

1 egg

1/4 cup milk

1/2 cup flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spices

1/2 cup canned pumpkin

1 zucchini

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

 

Put egg in mixing bowl. Add milk, flour and baking powder. Mix well. Stir in

pumpkin pie spices. Fold in pumpkin and zucchini. Heat oil over medium-high

heat. Cook by tablespoons in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper

towels. Serve warm.
