Guest guest Posted November 2, 2002 Report Share Posted November 2, 2002 * Exported from MasterCook * Layered Mexican Dip Recipe By :Dannon Yogurt Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cups Dannon plain yogurt 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 1 16 oz can refried beans 1 cup chunky salsa 1 cup sliced black olives 1 cup lowfat grated cheddar cheese 1 cup jalapeno peppers -- (optional) Combine Dannon plaint yogurt and cilantro; mix well. Set aside. In a separate bowl, combine refried beans with 1/3 cup of salsa. Spread half of this mixture into a flat 2 quart serving bowl. Spread half the yogurt mixture over the beans followed by half the rip olives, half the remaining salsa, half the cheese, and half the peppers, if desired. Repeat this layering again. Cover and chill completely.
