BANANA-CUCUMBER RAITA

1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt

1/2 cup peeled,halved,seeded,and coursely chopped

cucumber

1/2 cup peeled,diced(1/4-inch)banana(1/2of a small

banana)

1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom

pinch salt

 

In a small bowl,combine yogurt,cucumber,banana,cardamom,and salt;mix well.

 

Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to mellow flavors.
