DILLED GARLIC SPREAD

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup yogurt cheese

2 tablespoons minced fresh dill

1 garlic clove,rushed through a press

1/8 teaspoon salt

pinch of white pepper

 

In a medium bowl,combine yogurt cheese,dill,garlic,salt,and white pepper.

 

Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours for flavors to mellow.
