PAPAYA SALSA

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped fresh papaya (about 1/2

large)

1/4 cup coarsely chopped red onion

1/4 cup coarsley choped red bell pepper

1 tablespoon minced seeded jalapeno pepper

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

 

In a medium bowl,combine papaya,red onion,bell pepper,cilantro,and lime juice.

 

Stir to mix.

 

Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes for flavors to mellow.

 

Drain off liquid before serving.
