RASPBERRY COULIS

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 (10-ounce) package frozen red raspberries in light

syrup

2 tablespoons sugar

 

In a food processor or blender, place berries and sugar.

 

Puree until smooth.

 

Pour into a sieve set over a bowl and press puree with a wooden spoon to remove

seeds.
