Guest guest Posted November 11, 2002 Report Share Posted November 11, 2002 * Exported from MasterCook * STRAWBERRY BANANA NOG Recipe By :Phyllis Kohn Serving Size : 2 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Low-Fat Send Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 small ripe bananas,cut into chunks 1 cup fresh strawberries,sliced,plus 2or3 whole berries 1 cup skim milk 2/3 cup 1% fat silken tofu 1 -2 teaspoons sugar,depending upon sweetness of fruit 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 ice cubes In a blender or food processor,combine bananas,milk,tofu,sugar,vanilla,and ice cubes. Whirl until creamy smooth. Pour into tall glasses. Garnish each with a fresh strawberry.
