You might want to spiff it up at serving with a little olive oil, paprika, pine nuts, olives, and/or cilantro. if you got the " instant chick pea " mix -- " sadaf " brand you need to add lemon juice and garlic and decorate with parsley flakes, paprika or olive oil. maybe some nuts and/or olives etc. i like to use grapefruit juice instead of lemon in ours.
