What's A ......Vegetarian Kitchen

So I am building myself a new kitchen.

And I get to thinking about a term I herd once " A Vegetarian Kitchen "

Hmmm .. Is there such a thing ???

Or is it the tools that you put in the kitchen?

OH! Speaking of tools for the kitchen...

I went to Harbor Tools Big Sale on Sunday and got this great

watermelon jack.

And this really cool Pineapple eye remover and Pumpkin slicer

OK..OK...just kidding... But what tools do you think I need for my

kitchen?

Any thoughts??

Essential tools: stove, refrigerator, kitchen sink, garbage can, good

set of knives, good Vegetarian cookbook - I like the ones by Deborah

Madison and Diana Shaw

 

Then you go to the play toys: blender, mixer (preferably Kitchen Aid),

bread maker, Cuisinart, hand stick blender (for all those good soups),

juicer, food saver

 

to mention just a few
