Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I am a long time lurker here. Thanks for all the fabulous recipes! This bread sounds great. However, my son does not eat dairy. Any suggestions on how I could substitute for the nonfat dry milk? Is powdered soy milk an option? Thanks in advance! Guest guest
I use powdered soymilk all the time in recipes to replace nonfat dry milk and it works fantastically. For cooking I'll use the plain flavor and for baking usually the vanilla flavor, but I'll bet chocolate is good in some things, too.... Good luck! Guest guest
Sure -- I think powdered soy milk would work just fine! (Though it wasn't my recipe or one I posted.) :-) Karen List Owner dk48170 wrote: > Hi Everyone, > > I am a long time lurker here. Thanks for all the fabulous recipes! This > bread sounds great.
