Baked Tomatoes and Macaroni

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/2 can tomatoes -- (1 pound size) use the chopped tomatoes with

some of the juice or you can even use the whole can

1 cup macaroni -- cooked, maybe a little more

1/2 cup Cracker Crumbs -- (can be put on top of casserole)

Onion -- diced small

Salt and pepper to taste

1 Tbsp butter

2 Tbsp. sugar -- can add more to

taste

 

Mix all the ingredients together and bake in casserole dish in the oven at 350

degrees for about 45 minutes.
