5 tablespoons margarine or butter

1/2 cup milk

1 can sweetened condensed milk -- (200 ml)

1 pound white sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

 

In heavy saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Add milks and sugar, stirring

constantly. Bring to boil to 224 degrees. Remove from heat, add vanilla and

beat for 5 minutes. Pour into greased tins. Mark into squares while warm,

refrigerate until set.
