Guest guest
I just read the whole recipe and seems to me the cheese is added at the very end as a garnish. So cut the amount of cheese, use just a sprinkle of goat cheese (it can be crumbled very easily) and use some cooking spray to cook the apples, or use a George Foreman Grill. I would only drizzle in a tsp or so of oil though, just to coat the apples before cooking. I tried putting this recipe into my MC and it wouldn't read the fettuccine noodles or the thyme, yet both were in my ingredients list. Said they didn't exist in MC. Weird... There are no other areas with fat, just the butter, oil and goat cheese. So, cut the butter out by spraying the pan with the cooking spray. Cut the olive oil to 1 tsp just to brush the apples and use much less of the goat cheese and you should get a similar flavor - probably not as lush. RisaG Mail Plus - Powerful. Affordable.
