Lightly brush off any dirt from mushrooms. Trim off tough stems and discard. Add mushrooms to bowl; toss gently. Place on greased grill over medium heat; close lid and cook, turning once, for 4 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned and tender but firm. Makes 4 appetizer servings. PER SERVING: about 73 cal, 1 g pro, 7 g total fat (1 g sat. fat), 3 g carb, 1 g fibre, 0 mg chol, 1 mg sodium. % RDI: 5% iron, 3% vit C, 4% folate.
