Moroccan Carrot Salad (Spicy!)

1 pound baby carrots

1/2 tsp. paprika

1 tsp. chopped garlic

2 tsp. Moroccan hot sauce (Charmoulla Du Maroc)

2 tsp. lemon juice

2 tbl. olive oil (extra virgin)

Salt & pepper to taste

 

In medium pot, cook the carrots for 7 to 10 minutes. Drain the water, add

the ingredients and stir for about 5 minutes on very low heat.
