Moroccan hot sauce (Charmoulla Du Maroc) 2 tsp. lemon juice 2 tbl. olive oil (extra virgin) Salt & pepper to taste In medium pot, cook the carrots for 7 to 10 minutes. Drain the water, add the ingredients and stir for about 5 minutes on very low heat.
