Good, light...doesn't compete (at least the way I made it, it didn't. Please see

my notes.) Nothing to rave about, but simple and easy. ~ Brenda

Brenda's review: Good, easy, light flavors. Doesn't compete with the main dish.

I halved the recipe for the two of us...and used Romaine lettuce. I had to use

Dijonaise, because I was out of Dijon. (Perhaps that made it milder and perhaps

that's a good thing for those of us who aren't wild about Dijon??) I think this

would be a very nice salad to serve company and especially if the rest of the

dinner is heavy. I wouldn't give this a 10 and it wasn't a 'must-have'

dish...but it works fine and is worth a repeat. I served it alongside a

quiche-like 'Egg & Green Chili Bake' and garlic toast.
