Serves 4. From The Vegetarian Sports Nutrition Guide by Lisa Dorfman, M.S., R.D. Flu-fighting ingredients: " Chili is great for sweating out the flu, " says Dorfman. " The phytochemical capsaicin, which is found in the jalapenos, acts as a metabolic stimulator to increase the body's heat and encourage the intake of liquids (which, in turn, will help flush the system of germs). The onions will boost immunity too, and the tomatoes provide you with vitamin A and C.
