Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup warm tap water (110 to 115 degrees)

1 package active dry yeast

3 cups all purpose white flour -- (3 to 3 1/2)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon olive oil

 

Mix ingredients in a food processor that is capable of mixing dough. Mix at low

speed until dough forms a ball. If it's too loose add a little flour. If it's

too firm add a little water.
