Fruit-and-Cinnamon Quesadilla

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 Flour Tortilla

2 Tbsp. fat free Cream Cheese

1/3 cup Strawberries thinly sliced

1 Tbsp. Sugar

a dash of Cinnamon

 

Spread cream cheese over tortilla; top with strawberries and sugar.

 

Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon; fold in half. Cook in a nonstick skillet

coated with cooking spray for 2 minutes on each side.
