Guest guest Posted February 22, 2003 Report Share Posted February 22, 2003 * Exported from MasterCook * Three Bean Burrito Recipe By : Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 8 Flour Tortillas -- Burrito Size 1 can Kidney Beans -- (16 oz.) drained 1 can Pinto Beans -- (16 oz.) drained 1 1/2 cups Long-grain Rice -- hot cooked 3/4 cup Black Bean Dip -- fat free 3 Tbsp. Fresh Cilantro -- chopped 1 cup Salsa 1/2 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded -- reduced-fat Lime wedges -- (optional) Combine kidney beans, pinto beans, black bean dip, rice and cilantro in a medium bowl; stir well. Warm flour tortillas according to package directions. Spread 1/2 cup bean mixture over each tortilla; top each with 1 tablespoon cheese and 1 tablespoon of salsa; roll up.
