Guest guest
In March 2002 " Melissa Clifford " <mclifford973, made this and posted it to MC TasteTested list. (It's from Mr. Mad's site...which is offline right now, I hear.) Today I made it (used cilantro for the herb) and it was yummy. Who wouldn't like this? (I used part low-fat Best Foods mayo and part full fat.) I fear I shouldn't have made it and then stayed here alone with it...because...it's gone now. <gulp> ~ Brenda * Exported from MasterCook * Hot Artichoke Dip Recipe By : Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 can Artichoke hearts - (14 oz) -- drained, chopped 1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese 1/2 cup Mayonnaise 2 Green onions - (to 3) -- finely chopped 2 teaspoons Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce 1 teaspoon Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce 1/2 cup Finely chopped fresh herbs (i.e. parsley, basil, dill, chives) 2 Belgian endive heads -- (optional) Salt -- to taste Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
