Iced Coffee Frappe

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup strong coffee -- OR

1 cup espresso

1/2 cup soy milk

1/3 cup soft silken tofu

3 ice cubes

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 tablespoon brown sugar

 

Combine everything in a blender and puree until smooth.
