Guest guest Posted March 31, 2003 Report Share Posted March 31, 2003 This is similar to something I made from Kathy Cooks. It was called Un-Ribs. Made with the dried tofu. It did not taste very good. This recipe may be better. It also took a long time to make because you had to soak the yuba (dried tofu) for 24 hours. Did anyone try this one yet? I wonder if it is at all better than what I tried to cook at least 10 years ago! It went down as one of my cooking disasters. That and the Dosa pancakes. Ugh.
