Shell the beans. Place them in a saucepan with the water, butter, marjoram, bay leaf, and orange zest. Cook over low heat, uncovered, for 25 minutes, or until the beans are tender but not mushy. 2. Season with salt. Garnish with parsley and serve hot. Serves 4 to 6.
