Prepare the marinade by combining the lemon juice, shoyu, tomato paste, garlic, oregano, and oil in a large shallow dish. 2. Chop the bean curd into bite-size pieces. Stir into the marinade with the mushrooms and let stand for at least 1 hour. 3. Spread out the pieces of bean curd and the mushrooms on a baking sheet and scrape over any residue of marinade. Bake in a preheated oven, 400F (200C), for 10 minutes. 4.
