Spicy Mexican Seasoning

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 tablespoon paprika

2 teaspoons freshly ground coriander

2 teaspoons freshly ground cumin

2 teaspoons dried mexican oregano

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper -- or to taste

salt

freshly ground pepper

 

In small container, combine paprika, coriander, cumin, oregano, cayenne, salt,

and pepper, to taste. Store in freezer. Add it to chili, enchiladas, and hot

sauce.

 

Yield: About 1/4 cup
