Guest guest
Hi everyone! I'm new to the list, so pardon if this question is " out of line " . This summer I joined a CSA (Community Sponsored Agriculture) farm to get some good veggies and help out the local growers. Anyhow, I was looking for a vegetarian cookbook (I'm not vegetarian, but I wanted a book that gave me great ideas on what to do with all the stuff I'm going to be getting weekly from June-October), and I found Deborah Madison's book, Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone, at Barnes & Noble last night. I'm an experienced cook, so I've got that going for me. Does anyone have any comments on this book or suggest a different one? Thanks!
