Guest guest
A lot of us have that book and it is a wonderful " bible " of vegetarian cooking. There are a few others though that can be named. Local Flavors by Deborah Madison is also a great one. Another good one is Eat Fresh, Stay Healthy by Tantillo & Gugino. I love that one. It is broken into two parts - one is vegetables and the other is fruit. I'm sure everyone will have suggestions for you. Welcome to Veg-Recipes.
