Brown ginger in a skillet with a little oil; then add asparagus. Carefully pour water around sides of skillet, then add carrots, mushrooms and stir fry sauce. Add a little more water if needed for steaming. 2. Cover, turn heat off and steam for a few minutes; make sure vegetables keep some crunch. Serve immediately, garnished with the sesame mix. Stir constantly to prevent burning. Mix in nutritional yeast.
