Guest guest Posted June 5, 2003 Report Share Posted June 5, 2003 * Exported from MasterCook * Romaine Salad with Dill, Scallions & Lemon Recipe By : Simple Meals Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 sm garlic clove -- minced 6 cups romaine lettuce -- washed, shredded 3/4 cup fresh dill -- chopped 1/2 cup scallions -- thinly sliced 1 tsp salt -- to taste 1 dash freshly ground pepper -- to taste 1. Whisk together the oil, lemon juice, and garlic in a large salad bowl. 2. Place romaine, dill, and scallions in the bowl. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper. 3. Toss together just before serving.
