Sweet and Savory Snack

 

Recipe By :Low Fat - No Fat Cooking, Summer, 1997

1 cup raisins

1 cup figs

1 cup dates

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 cup crushed fat-free potato chips

 

Grind together raisins, figs, and dates. Add lemon to potato chip crumbs. Roll

one rounded teaspoon of fruit mixture into a ball. Roll ball in potato chip

crumbs until coated.

Eat immediately, or store in airtight container until ready to eat.

 

Makes 48 balls
