Golden Onion Potato Soup - Low Allergy Version

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

6 potatoes -- diced

2 stalks celery -- chopped

1 large carrot -- sliced thin

2 brown onions -- sliced thin

1 teaspoon vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon rosemary

7 cups water

salt -- to taste

 

Saute celery, carrot, onions, and rosemary in oil until soft. Add

potatoes and water. Bring to a boil and simmer until potatoes are soft

(10 - 12 mins). Salt to taste.
