Greek Fetta Dressing

 

 

 

80 gm mild fetta cheese

3 tablespoon plain yoghurt

1 lemon; juice of

1 teaspoon fresh chopped mint

1 tablespoon fresh chopped marjoram

1 teaspoon fresh chopped oregano

1 clove garlic; minced

1 cracked black pepper

 

Process the fetta, yoghurt and lemon until smooth then fold in the

herbs,

garlic and pepper.

 

Thin with a little extra lemon juice or water if desired.
