Recipes needed

Hello all,

I have been a lurker to the recipes for years. I have gotten

wonderful recipes that I had compiled to my Mastercook program.

Unfortunately, my computer crashed and I lost about 2 years worth of

recipes since I hadn't backed up the program for a long time. What I

am lamenting about the most is the holiday vegetarian main dish

recipes I had. I also had a recipe for spaghetti sauce that used

canned chopped tomatoes and had red pepper flakes. If anyone has any

of these recipes, I would be forever grateful
