No Cook Amazon Hot Sauce

2 cups purple onions, finely chopped

1 1/2 cups frozen lemon juice, thawed

2/3 cup jalapeno pepper, minced

1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

2 cloves garlic

Combine all ingredients, stirring until well blended.

Cover & refrigerate at least 8 hours.

 

Serve with chilled black beans, corn, and chopped red bell peppers over raw

greens..

1 clove garlic, peeled

1 Tablespoon Tahini

2 Tablespoons lemon juice

1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar

2 Tablespoons sesame oil

1/3 cup vegetable oil

salt and pepper, to taste

 

Place the garlic, tahini, lemon juice, & vinegar in a blender. Blend until

the garlic is pureed. With the motor running, slowly pour in the sesame &

vegetable oils until just blended. Add salt & pepper to taste.
