Prepare tofu following the same technique as described on the box of the original mix. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Use a large plastic bag for the coating and use the same steps as described on the original package. You can marinate firm or extra-firm tofu chunks in the marinade of your choice, and then roll in the Shake N Bake and bake on DARK cookie sheets (these brown better) at 400 degrees F for 7-10 minutes per side.
