The tartness of lime coupled with honey provides a perfect complement for the rich, smooth flavor and texture of the avocado. Use fresh pineapple whenever possible; choose one that has begun to develop pink or red markings on the outside. This indicates full ripeness. In addition, the pineapple should smell sweet, and the leaves should pull out easily. Nutr. Assoc. : 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
