Stir in raisins, parsley, balsamic vinegar and sugar. Simmer gently until raisins are plumped, about 5 minutes. 2 Meanwhile, in a small dry skillet, toast pine nuts over medium heat, stirring to prevent scorching. When they are browned and fragrant, add to the sauce.
