Guest guest
Hi, How can you make veg. soup broths thicker without piling on the fat? I currently use oil and the reaux <sp?> mix of margerine and flour...but its still not thick enough. I also try red potatoes in the broth. Any ideas? thanks kas

Guest guest
Or if the soup will take it, puree some of it then mix it all back together, without any other sort of thickener. I do this all the time, esp. with bean soups.
