Eggless Icecream recipes wanted

Hello Everyone,

I am looking out for eggless icecream recipes. If anyone has tried the

recipe can you please email it to me.

I would be really happy.

Thank you,

Dhara.

--------------------

Dhara,

Here are 2 recipes we enjoy. They're low fat and not as rich as many ice

creams, but they don't taste like ice milk.

NOTES : Philadelphia-style ice creams are made without eggs and are uncooked, so

preparation is quite simple. The emulsifying action of the peaches give the ice

cream its smoothness.

This ice cream is soft and delectable when it's first made. If you're not going

to serve it right away, store it in a covered container in the freezer.

Depending upon the conditions in your freezer, it may be best to let it soften

for a few minutes before serving

7/1/02 I used 1 cup sugar total (3 lg mangoes) and (original called for 1 1/2

-1 3/4 cup sug)1 cup oj peeled chopped fresh peaches or 1 pound thawed frozen

peaches

* The riper the peaches, the less sugar you'll need.
